First Wednesday

Last week we were asked to speak at Digital City’s First Wednesday networking event, this event is held on the first Wednesday of each month in Boho One Middlesbrough. The night went really well with some information on the new BoHouse Project (live work units) and then some great feedback on WhoCanPlay in relation to other types of activities that would benefit from our solution. If anyone could not make it and would like to speak to us then drop us a tweet using @whocanplay or leave a comment. Big thanks to Digital City for letting us speak.

Change in the Air

With days to go until the beta launch of whocanplay.co.uk, we’re excited to announce some big changes for the site and its users. Some of these changes were born from our own experiences and that of focus testing groups, and some made just too much sense to ignore.

Firstly, we are pleased to announce that whocanplay.co.uk is now going to be a free service. You will be able to manage players, activities and reminders all for free. This is great news and opens up many useful features of the site to its users.

Secondly, the site is also going to be opened up to any activity you can imagine – football, rugby, basketball, golf, even counter strike, world of warcraft and hen or stag nights – whatever event you can think to organise!

We’ll have more exciting news on these developments in the very near future, watch this space.

Until then, check us out at whocanplay.co.uk
